About

Tonilee Adamson began working in hosptials to become Certified as a Nurses Aide at 14 years old. Her first employment was at 16 years old in a convalescent home while volunteering at church helping elementary school age children. From her teens, Tonilee  developed a passion to help people at all ages

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then her Registered Nurse Degree from Point Loma Nazarene University.  Hired as a certified nurses aide at Sharp Memorial Hospital, Tonilee was then hired full time as a RN in the Neurological Acute Care Unit. Because of her comfort with hospitals and patients, Tonilee quickly advanced in her position and began working in administration. Intensive Care Nursing and Heart Transplantation became her speciality as she authored manuals and trained others in this field.

After having her second child, Tonilee started teaching and training all levels of health care professionals on how to use computers for patient care as well as in all hospital aspects. The system was called Compuserve and Sharp Memorial Hospital (the second largest employer to the military in San Diego) was one of the first hospital instutions to initiate an online system.

After her third child, Tonilee began teaching, speaking and authoring books with her best friend and today..her business partner, Bobbye  Brooks

Together  they started a women’s ministry/nonprofit and 3 other businesses including Media 4 Women Enterprises.
